Changed your mind?
For eligible online orders, notify us within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Email Sweetmemorieshome@outlook.com with your order number or other proof of purchase. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; please keep proof of posting.

Handle goods with care and return their original packaging where possible. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Food returns
Cancellation rights exclude goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not automatically apply to all sweets or food.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us so we can put things right. Photos are helpful, but are not required to exercise your rights. Where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will provide the appropriate legal remedy and cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds
For an eligible cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. Premium delivery upgrades are not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. No refund administration fee applies.
