Orders and prices
Prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately before ordering. You can review and correct your order before submission. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; the contract is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We will supply a confirmation and terms you can retain. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error prevents acceptance, we will contact you and refund any amount taken for the unaccepted item; we will not charge a higher price without agreement.

Food and assortments
The product description states the quantity, net weight, packaging and assortment offered. Any permitted variation must be described before ordering; materially different substitutions require your agreement. Mandatory food and allergen information must be available before purchase and with delivery. Please read that information and contact us before ordering if anything is unclear. Follow the product's storage instructions and date markings. Products will have at least 30 days remaining before their best-before or use-by date when delivered.

Packaging and smaller quantities
Some products arrive with us in large manufacturer packs. When you order a smaller quantity, we may portion and repack the goods, so your order may not arrive in the original manufacturer’s outer packaging. This does not change the product or quantity ordered. Required product information, including allergens, storage instructions and date markings, will be provided as applicable. Where a listing expressly promises an original sealed pack or gift box, that packaging forms part of the product offered.
